  • Property maintenance

We reserve the right to decline any work we are not qualified or licensed to carry out.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are based on the information you provide.

  • Any changes in scope may affect final pricing.

  • You will be informed of any pricing changes before work continues.

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Missed appointments or short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.

  • If we must cancel for any reason, we will contact you promptly to reschedule.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work. A 12-month workmanship guarantee applies to most services unless stated otherwise.
This does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or accident

  • Alterations by third parties

  • Normal wear and tear

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient service, you agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the work area

  • Inform us of known hazards (e.g., asbestos, faulty wiring)

  • Keep pets and children away from active work areas

6. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing faults or defects in your property

  • Accidental damage caused by third-party interference

  • Indirect or consequential losses (e.g., missed rentals, lost income)

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service.

  • You may not copy or reuse content without permission.
